Importance of Yoga {योग का महत्व }

Yoga is a real source to lead a well knit life.The main theme of Yoga is to achieve self-realisation and attaining control over the mind.Yoga helps to provide diseases free life.Regular practice of Yoga develops and purifies the body and mind to its optimal level.It develops ability to control our sense organs to function properly.It also removes the stress and tensions.Yoga practice cure Heart diseases.It also cure stomach,liver and kidney diseases.Regular practice of pranayama control our breathing problems.Some pranayama and practice of Meditation improves our concentration level.Many Yoga techniques cure Ortho-problems.Yogasana tone up the body muscles.It also good for nervous system.Regular practice of Yoga gives us sound mind,body and soul.
योग एक अच्छा स्वस्थ जीवन के लिए अमृत के सामान है। योग का मुख्य उद्देश्य अपने मन और मस्तिष्क को स्थिर रखना है। योग हमें सवस्थ रखने व बिमारियों से बचाने में मदद करता है। योग का नियमित अभ्यास करने से हमारी इन्द्रियाँ सही प्रकार से कार्य करती हैं। यह हमें तनाव रहित जीवन जीना सिखलाता है।योग का निरंतर अभ्यास हमारे ह्रदय को सवस्थ रखने में भी सहायक है। पेट सम्बंधित रोग, यकृत एवम मूत्राशय सम्बंधित रोगों का निवारण भी करता है। प्राणायाम का निरंतर अभ्यास करने से साँस सम्बंधित रोगों का निवारण होता है।स्मरण शक्ति को बढाने के लिए प्राणायाम व ध्यान का अभ्यास करना चाहिए। कुछ योगाभ्यास हड्डियों के रोगों को स्वस्थ रखने में अहम् भूमिका निभाते हैं।यह हमारे मांसपेशियों एवं तंत्रिका तन्त्र के लिए भी लाभदायक है। कुल मिलाके योग हमारे तन,मन एवं आत्मा के लिए लाभदायक है।
